This license governs the use of all source code, markup, scripts, styles, assets, and associated documentation files (collectively, the "Software") comprising the man1k.xyz website, including but not limited to HTML, CSS, JavaScript, configuration files, and any derivative materials made available through the project repository at https://github.com/maniiik666/man1k.xyz.

Separate and additional restrictions apply to the official MAN1K logo assets contained in the logos.zip archive available for download via https://man1k.xyz/press. These assets are subject to the Logo Usage License included within that archive. Compliance with the Logo Usage License is mandatory. Violation of the Logo Usage License constitutes a material breach of this License and may result in immediate legal action. Ignorance of the Logo Usage License terms does not constitute a defense and does not exempt any party from liability.


SECTION 4. COPYRIGHT PROTECTION

The Software and all associated creative materials are protected under applicable international copyright law, including the Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works. The copyright holder additionally employs third-party copyright registration, timestamping, and enforcement services to document ownership and detect infringement.
