By accessing or using man1k.xyz, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. This is a personal website for independent music artist MAN1K (Yaroslav Boruk, Ukraine). The site is provided free of charge, with no user accounts and no payment processing.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of this site immediately.

The following uses are permitted without requiring prior written consent:

• Personal study, private browsing, and individual review of this website and its publicly accessible content
• Personal non-commercial educational reference and private learning

When using this site you agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape in bulk, or systematically download site content
• Use automated tools to interact with the site in a way that degrades performance for other users
• Attempt to bypass, manipulate, or exploit the Service Worker cache or game engine state
• Inject malicious code or attempt cross-site scripting attacks
• Impersonate MAN1K or create confusingly similar accounts, aliases, or projects

Rate limiting is implemented client-side: 200 events/60s (soft limit) and 500 events/60s (hard limit). Exceeding these thresholds will temporarily suspend interaction. Rate limiter state is stored in browser localStorage (keys mk_r, mk_b).

This site uses browser localStorage for a cosmetic visit counter (_m1k_v1, homepage only) and a game high score fallback (vxb, /game/ only). The game also uses IndexedDB (database vxd) to persist the highest score. None of this data is personal, and none is transmitted externally.

This site embeds or links to third-party services including Bandsintown, SoundCloud, Bandcamp, Spotify, and YouTube. These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. man1k.xyz is not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of these third parties.

All third-party embeds use appropriate loading strategies. The Bandcamp iframe on the homepage and the Bandsintown widget on /lives load on page load. The SoundCloud player on /portal666 loads after a user gesture; the SoundCloud player on /game/ loads with auto_play disabled. The Buttondown form on /subscribe initiates no network request until explicit form submission.

This site is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The operator does not guarantee that the site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

In no event shall Yaroslav Boruk (MAN1K) be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — arising from or in connection with the use of this site or its content.

The merch store at shop.man1k.xyz is a separate service powered by Fourthwall and governed by its own terms and policies. Purchases, returns, and disputes related to the store are subject to those terms exclusively:
